What we collect
When you register for launch access, we collect the contact and trip details you submit: name, email, phone number, luggage count, requested locations, date, time and optional notes. We also collect limited technical analytics such as page visits, device type and referrer.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage your registration, provide your discount code, plan the TromsøBag service, prevent abuse and contact you about your request. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and access
Information is stored with Supabase in the EU region. Access is restricted to authorized TromsøBag staff. We retain launch registrations only while they are useful for launch planning or while required by law.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information and may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Use the contact page to send a privacy request.
Processors and transfers
TromsøBag uses service providers including Vercel for website hosting and Supabase for database services. They process data only to provide these services.
