Cancellation policy

More than 24 hours before pickup
Cancel free of charge. Amounts paid for the cancelled service are refunded.
Between 24 and 2 hours before pickup
We refund 50% of the booking price. This reflects reserved capacity and preparation already committed to the booking.
Less than 2 hours or no-show
The booking is normally non-refundable if cancellation is made less than two hours before pickup, or if no one is available for the confirmed handover window.
Cancellation by TromsøBag
If we cancel and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, the affected service is refunded in full.
Changes and statutory rights
Contact us as early as possible for time, address or bag-count changes. Any extra charge must be disclosed before acceptance. Mandatory rights under Norwegian consumer law are not limited by this policy.
